Parking Structure Builders Inc. (PSBI) has performed as the exclusive General Contractor for all of HANSON STRUCTURAL PRECAST INC. (HSP) projects over the past 16 years. PSBI provides all general contracting services and HSP provides all precast components.

PSBI exclusively employs precast concrete which is manufactured off-site under strict environmentally-controlled conditions resulting in a quality product that can be installed quickly and efficiently with reduced liability exposure. In addition, precast is environmentally-friendly, producing little to no waste.

Precast brings all the durability of concrete to the project, and allows for superior design and construction flexibility. Therefore, not only will precast fulfill any design requirements, but it will continue to be structurally sound long into the future and be compatible with future expansions or alterations.

PSBI is engineer-owned and operated with over 15 years of construction experience ranging from general contractor to construction manager to design-builder. All work is backed and bonded at a rate of less than one half of one percent.
