PSBI is located in Westlake Village, a small but beautiful city in Los Angeles county, California, with a population (at the 2000 census) of 8,368. Westlake Village is a well-planned community of lakeside condos and suburban homes. The border between the counties of Los Angeles and Ventura runs through the middle of the artificial lake at its heart.

Westlake Village is set in open country, where hiking and horse-riding are popular pastimes. The vast Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area and the Malibu Hills are both within easy reach. Being only nine miles inland from the Pacific Ocean, Westlake has the benefit of cool coastal breezes that filter through the canyons, giving summer temperatures up to 10 degrees lower than the nearby San Fernando Valley, with considerably less smog.

Thanks to the Ventura Freeway, Westlake is ideally situated for commuters to Los Angeles. Many large commercial offices have also been established here and leading companies have set up their headquarters in the town.
