The PSBI Design-Build system follows the well-known construction project delivery methodology where, in contrast to traditional "design-bid-build", all design and construction aspects are contracted for with a single entity acting as design-build contractor. PSBI uses this system to minimize the project risk for an owner and to speed up the delivery schedule.
